What is quality control inspection?
Quality control inspection is the on-site, independent checking of product quality, quantity, workmanship and packaging against your approved specifications. A proper quality control inspection uses random AQL sampling to decide, with statistical confidence, whether a production lot should be accepted or rejected.
Our quality control inspection services

The AQL standard we apply
Every quality control inspection follows internationally recognised AQL sampling (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 / ISO 2859-1), with typical acceptance levels of Critical 0, Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0 unless you specify otherwise.
