What is Container Loading Supervision
Container Loading Supervision is an on-site service performed while your goods are loaded into the shipping container. It ensures the right quantity, the right condition and the right stuffing method leave the factory, protecting your order during transit.
What we check during loading
- Carton count verified against the packing list
- Random carton opening to confirm product, quantity and condition
- Container condition, cleanliness, odour and structural integrity
- Seal number recorded before and after loading
- Proper stacking, weight distribution and lashing
- Weather protection and safe handling during loading
When to book loading supervision
Book supervision for the exact loading window at the factory or consolidator. Confirm the time with your supplier in advance so an inspector can be present from start to finish.
Why loading supervision matters
- Prevents shortage, substitution and wrong-carton claims
- Reduces transit damage through correct stuffing and lashing
- Provides photo and time-stamped evidence of the whole process
- Protects against container contamination and improper sealing
