CGF Inspection per-shipment inspection for Infrared thermometer

Specification & Dimension Verification
Complete Infrared Thermometer Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist
Specification & Dimension Verification
Check model number, color version, lens size, overall length and display dimension. Make sure all specifications match purchase order and approved pre-production sample.
Visual Appearance Inspection
Examine plastic casing, infrared lens, digital screen and control buttons for scratches, cracks, deformation, burrs, color difference and printing defects.
Core Temperature Accuracy Test
Calibrate thermometer with standard temperature reference equipment to verify reading precision, response speed and stable measurement performance.
Function & Power Performance Test
Test power switch, temperature mode switching, memory function, low battery reminder and charging stability for rechargeable models. Inspect battery compartment contact tightness.
Packaging & Label Compliance Audit
Inspect inner blister package, outer export carton strength, moisture-proof protection, printed logos, CE/FDA warning marks, batch codes and barcode information.
Accessory Completeness Check
Count supporting accessories including user manual, storage pouch, charging cable and disinfection wipes to match order quantity.
Medical Electrical Safety Inspection
Carry out insulation, overheat protection and leakage current tests to meet global medical device export safety standards.
