Dimension & Specification Verification
Check overall height, base size, water tank capacity and outer shape. Confirm model, color variant matches purchase order and approved sample.
Outer Appearance Inspection
Check plastic housing for scratches, dents, deformation, uneven color, injection burrs and misprinted logos. Check steam nozzle for blockage or damage.
Assembly Quality Audit
Examine assembly gaps between components, loose fittings, unstable stand base, abnormal shake and improperly installed accessories.
Steaming Function & Leakage Test
Fill water tank to test sealing performance, check water leakage from tank and joints. Verify heating speed, stable steam output and continuous steaming without intermittent failure.
Electrical Safety Inspection
Check power cord integrity, plug compliance, switch sensitivity, indicator light working status. Inspect for exposed wiring risks and abnormal noise or overheating during operation.
Accessories & Documentation Check
Count supporting accessories including fabric brush, measuring cup, garment hanger. Verify user manual, warranty card and certificate are complete with correct language version.
Labels & Marking Verification
Check rating label, voltage/power parameters, safety warning symbols, barcode and brand printing clarity and installation position.
Export Packaging Inspection
Check EPE foam protection inside carton, anti-collision structure, carton compression resistance. Verify shipping marks, item codes and customer logos are printed correctly.
Official English Inspection Report
After on-site inspection, you will receive a complete report including appearance photos, function test records and overall quality judgment.
