CGF Inspection Pre-Shipment Inspection for Fabric
Sourcing woven, knitted, printed textile fabrics from China textile factories? CGF Inspection provides reliable Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) service before shipment and container loading.
Pre-Shipment Inspection will be arranged once over 80% bulk production is finished. Our experienced textile QC inspectors perform random sampling according to recognized AQL standards to evaluate overall quality consistency of finished fabric rolls.
Complete Fabric Pre-Shipment Inspection Checklist
Specification & Dimension Verification
Check fabric width, roll length, gram weight, color lot number and pattern size to fully match purchase order and approved lab-dip sample.
Visual Weaving Defect Inspection
Inspect surface for holes, stains, yarn jumps, streaks, uneven printing, misalignment and color difference between rolls.
Physical Performance Test
Test color fastness to washing/rubbing, fabric shrinkage rate, tensile strength and pilling resistance.
Packaging & Label Audit
Check roll wrapping protection, export carton toughness, fabric batch labels, composition tags and shipping marks.
Roll Quantity & Count Verification
Count total fabric rolls, confirm meterage per roll and total bulk quantity against order sheet.
