CGF Final Random Inspection (FRI) for Medical & Surgical Masks

CGF Inspection provides Final Random Inspection (FRI) for medical masks, surgical masks, KN95 respirators and disposable face masks before shipment - verifying appearance, dimensions, labeling and packaging against your specification.
CGF Final Random Inspection (FRI) for Medical & Surgical Masks
Exporting medical masks, surgical masks, KN95 respirators or disposable face masks from Chinese factories? CGF Inspection provides Final Random Inspection (FRI) at the finished-goods stage to verify your masks meet the approved specification before the container is sealed.
Why Masks Need Final Random Inspection
Mask quality directly affects user safety and compliance. Inconsistent ear-loop welding, wrong filtration grade, missing markings or mixed packaging can lead to customs rejection, buyer claims and brand damage. CGF inspectors sample according to AQL standards at 80%-100% production to catch defects before shipment.
CGF Mask Inspection Checklist
1. Appearance & Workmanship
Check mask shape, symmetry, clean edges, intact nose strip, secure and evenly welded ear loops, no staining, no foreign particles and correct folding.
2. Dimensions & Specification
Measure mask length, width, ear-loop length and filament diameter against the approved sample and your purchase order.
3. Labeling & Packaging
Verify printed text (brand, model, filtration class such as BFE/PFE, standards, expiry), barcode accuracy, inner/outer carton quantity and sealing.
4. Function & Compliance
Confirm filtration grade claims, breathing resistance and any required test reports (e.g. GB 2626, EN 14683, ASTM F2100) are available and consistent with the product.
Reporting
Inspectors record all findings with on-site photos and issue a clear English inspection report within 24 hours of completion.
