Simply send us either by email or fax your purchase order, product specifications, suppliers’ contact information, product photos and/or reference sample. Please kindly note inspection booking should be made at least 3 working days prior to the inspection date. Our team will make a pre-quotation for your confirmation. After being confirmed, our team will contact your supplier soon and arrange the service process accordingly. In the next working day after the inspection completed, you will receive a detailed official inspection report.
2. Inspection Standard
We will adopt random sampling inspection according to international standards(MIL-STD-105E / ISO2859 / ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 / BS6001). It is a method by attributes based on the mathematical theory of probability. This method provides the number of samples to be inspected in a given lot/shipment size. It also provides the special criteria for acceptance or rejection of a shipment/lot based on the number of defects found, and provides a fair assessment to both buyers and sellers of product quality. This method comprises of Sample Size Code Letter and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
3. Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)
Acceptable quality level (AQL) stipulates the maximum defects numbers of acceptable quality. If not being specially demanded, it generally be implemented as Critical defect not allowed, Major defect 2.5, Minor defect 4.0.
4. Defect Classification
Defects detected during visual inspection are classified within 3 categories, "Critical", "Major" and "Minor".
Critical: A unit of product is classified as “Critical defect” if it would result in hazardous or unsafe conditions for individuals using and maintaining.
Major: A unit of product is classified as “Major defect” if it is likely to result in failure, or to reduce materially the usability of the unit for its intended purpose.
Minor: A unit of product is classified as “Minor defect” if it is having little bearing on the effective use of the product.
